Our History
Our company was established in 1983 as Retirement Income Services, Inc. in Syracuse, New York focused in the areas of qualified retirement plan consulting and administration, investment advisory services, executive compensation, business continuation, and estate planning.

The goal then, as it is now, was to provide businesses and individuals with innovative solutions, thoughtful insight and the highest degree of integrity. In short, we were, and are committed to earning our clients’ trust.

We have enjoyed substantial growth based on expanding client demand for additional services including employee benefit and human resources consulting. To better reflect our broader scope of services, we changed our name to Benefit Consulting Group (BCG).
