One reason this takes place is because the majority of these administrators are transactional-based companies more interested in selling products than spending time with the customer.

    Getting Started
    Once your company retirement plan is ready to go, we will provide onsite employee enrollment and education to all eligible plan participants. This initial meeting or series of meetings are critical to stimulating plan participation, encouraging participants to save for retirement, and answering all questions and concerns at the start.

    Our plan consultants are licensed investment professionals with over 100 collective years of experience. While current laws prevent us from providing investment recommendations to plan participants, we place great emphasis on the initial and ongoing employee and sponsor education.

    Your BCG consultant will work closely with your staff to schedule open enrollment and educational sessions. All plan participants will be regularly updated about any plan changes or legal updates that could affect their retirement. Our goal is to provide you and your plan participants with the highest level of individualized service to ensure the ongoing success of the plan.

    Plan Communications
    Excellent communication to your employees about every aspect of your retirement plan is critical to achieving target participation levels, reducing confusion, and helping employees to understand the true value of the valuable benefit you are providing them.

    BCG’s retirement plan specialists provide you and your employees with concise communication on an ongoing basis both in group sessions and one-on-one meetings. We invest the appropriate time to assist your employees in understanding the many terms and conditions of each chosen investment vehicle, and educate them about investment techniques including allocation and diversification to help them work toward a comfortable retirement. Key components of our retirement plan communication program include:
